Well... Today some teachers are on strike so my daughters are off today but my boy he's had to go to school, thought i would try & update my blog as much as i can!!

The last 8 weeks we have been up to our caravan which as been stored on the yorkshire coast, Filey, so every weekend as been taken up with relaxing, so heres just a few of the great photos i taken up there....

Bobbletastic








These are wonderful if you have those bobbles that don't keep hair up or tight then crochet round them it makes them stiffer so they hold all hair up...any bobbles will do my daughter love & there friends too. They take no time at all to make...





Matching flower just apply a grip to the back, this also makes the flowers detachable!

Amigurumi frog

Isn't he just adorable. Mr froggy made for a friend for her birthday, I just had no idea what to get her but knew she loved frogs so I thought I'd give it a go not knowing whether it would work out or just flop... I was very very chuffed with it, it was a free pattern off ravelry.com another great site for you crochet addicts oh & knitting too....

Teacosy

Well... This was a first try for my mum teacosy, I would of proffered a nice flowery one!! This was so simple to do just sc all the way round then tied at the top.... Simple lol

Star blanket




Just loveee doing the star blankets they come out so nice I made this plus same but in blue & White in stylecraft chunky it works out so soft! The pattern is off mikeyssmail YouTube great visual tutorial... Go try it you will love it just like I did.

Addicted to stash baskets

I'm addicted to stash boxes there simple single crochet so great for learning or beginners & plain without the added flowers are equally as lovely & can be used to stash anything!

Blue & pink Flower stash box great for little girls bedrooms bobbles or nails varnish.

Another perfect little girls bedroom stash box, pink & purple butterfly with lilac 100% cotton yarn.

Love this stemed flower stash box (my very 1st stem & petal flower)

Welcome

Hi and welcome to my first EVER blog!!! wow i'm a little scared to be honest hoping i don't make mistakes, but i suppose thats how you learn so here goes....

Well i started crocheting some years ago but to be honest it was just scarfs & little flowers which really never progressed to much??? but...since doing my 1st large project (blanket) i wonder why i never started with this in the first place...lol
